There is €60.00 per week surcharge for individuals that work from home, have days or hours off any days Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm. These options are perfect for persons who seek a quiet, clean and peaceful place of living, and who respect others privacy.
This is not a party or drinking house. This package would not be suitable for anyone who does not keep their living space respectfully clean and tidy. We have a high regard of our residents, so if this is not you please do not apply.
Some Basic House Rules: Bicycles are not permitted inside house, though they may be stored in front garden only. There is no private secure location available for storage. No electronic/battery operated bicycles allowed. No scooters or e-bikes permitted (there is no storage space). The charging of high performance lithium batteries is not permitted for such devices (represents a fire risk, and not permitted for insurance reasons). Strictly NO SMOKERS only (for insurance reasons). No visitors Inside or outside the property
